(V) Typical Cases of Enterprise Quality and Integrity

On November 16, 2015, the Ministry of Engineering reported that bidding for a sample of 100,000 door samples of Wanda in the year, the product quality is very different from other brands, causing the sample door to not score. The main problems are rough diagonal welding, uneven chamfered corners, surface leakage transfer, specifications that are larger than other brands but lighter than 5Kg, and missing nameplates.

After investigation, the batch number is 0D44101, and the specification is a 500 * 700mm non-standard fireproof door sample. The order date is October 17 and the storage date is October 23. The responsible industry is Wanglian Standard Door Factory.

Due to the quality problem of the bidding sample door, it may cause the loss of 100,000 orders, with a value of nearly 130 million yuan. According to 4.3.5 of the “Administrative Reward and Punishment Rules,” the company has approved that if the company's economic loss due to work negligence is more than 10,000 yuan, it will be dismissed, downgraded and fired.

The chairman has repeatedly clarified the quality problems of test doors and sample doors in the meeting, and the "Regulations for the management of sample doors and test doors" 4.3.1 stipulates that the process inspection control of sample doors and test doors must be subject to the factory director, production director, and quality manager 2. The general manager conducts a full inspection on site, signs and confirms all process inspection records, and records photos. However, Wang Li's security production team did not pay much attention. After research, it decided to deal with the sample door complaint as follows:

1. Su Chunfa, deputy general manager of Wang Li Security, was downgraded to acting deputy general manager and production director at the level of production director to observe after-effects until the industrial quality is stable.

2. Wang Xi'an's original production director Li Xibao repeatedly dismissed production management due to repeated violations of production management regulations;

4. Wang Libo, Quality Manager Zhou Jiangbo, reduced his salary by three levels to see after effects.

After the incident, the general manager of Wang Li Security actively arranged to make up the sample door, and sent the sample door to the engineering party in the shortest time. The bid was successful and the company's losses were recovered.

On November 20, 2017, Nanchang Evergrande Huafu Garden, feedbacked 156 sets of color gaps and determined the return process. After investigation, this order batch was 719R255S. Due to quality problems during product production, the color was not uniform after repeated rework. However, in order to meet the customer's delivery requirements, the industry general manager, production director, and quality manager ignored product quality and decided to release the shipment, causing customer complaints. The customer complaint not only caused the company to suffer economic losses, but also affected the company's impression in the eyes of customers. After research and decision, the complaint was handled as follows:

However, they are lucky to send defective products to customers, causing the company to suffer economic losses and negative effects. To be dismissed.
